Superluminal speed is a natural phenomenon in the Universe regarded from the point of view of dialectical philosophy and dialectical logic (dialectics). General theoretical foundations of the Dialectical Model, concerning the structure of the Universe, and the supposition on the nature of anomalous dispersion based on the model, are briefly considered in this paper.
