Simply an awesome article. Hav ing worked for both TBM and General Cable during my career, I can truly at test to the fact of how lean Six Sigma can drive opportunity for expansion. Utilizing these tools is tantamount to having your very own ATM machine or mint where you can print your own money. It makes me often wonder why many smaller companies feign the adoption of LSS. I guess they just don't have vision or the appetite to grow and be world class at what they do. Once again, thanks for a great article.
