The survey also reveals that nearly a quarter of these distributorsrnexpect their sales to have dropped off anywhere between 20 percent and 29 percent this year due to the deep recession.rn"Using technology saves money for us by getting more efficient processes and operations," said one respondent to the survey. "Technology has enabled us to manage some business functions internally that were previously contracted with outside services."
