To run any business activity and sustain in the market, economic feasibility of the activity is of utmost importance. The article discusses various factors of input in the production of silkworm seed at SSPC, Paiakkad, and hints at optimization with respect to quantum and cost of production of dfis, highlighting the factors influencing the economics.
