Dear Readers,Like last month this editorial letter also is being written under the lengthening shadow of the Covid crisis. Despite Government of India's all-out efforts the pandemic is showing little signs of relenting and at the time of writing this editorial the official death toll figure stands at a whopping 4000 plus. Lockdown 4.0 is in place. However, following relaxation given by Governments in certain sectors life is slowly but gradually limping back to normal again. 100 pairs of Mail/ Express trains are scheduled to be run by Indian railways also on different routes w.e.f. 1st June. This will be in addition to Rajdhani-type trains presently being run to and from New Delhi for various destinations.
