Institution of Railway Signal & Telecommunication Engineers (India) Organizes a Seminar on World Telecommunication & Information Society Day

ASeminar was organized by Institution of Railway Signal & Telecommunication Engineers (India) (IRSTE) on the occasion of World Telecommunication & Information Society Day on 17 May 2019, at Rail Bhawan New Delhi. Shri V.K. Yadav, Chairman Railway Board presided over the function. Other Board Members were also present in the Seminar. Addressing the gathering Shri Yadav emphasized the need for Indian Railways to adopt a high capacity band-width Digital Mobile Communication Network for enhancing Passenger Safety, Security, Throughput and Asset Reliability.
