Behaviour of concrete with sintered fly ash aggregate

1. For aggregate- cement ratio below 3.5, no significant increase in strength shows that LWAC fails by crushing of aggregates.rn2. The strength of concrete with sintered fly ash aggregate ranges from 17 to 32 MPa, indicating that the concrete can be used for structural applications.rn3. Silica fume and superplasticiser marginally increased its strength and density.rn4. At the same water cement ratio, by increasing cement content, the drying shrinkage increased and sorptivity decreased.
