The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), New Delhi and School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi are jointly organising a seminar on 'New Chapter on Sustainability in National Building Code of India 2005' on March 5, 2013 at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. The seminar plans to provide a platform to highlight and exchange views on various provisions in the new chapter being brought out in NBC 2005 namely 'Part 11 Approach to Sustainability' a draft of which is currently under wide circulation for eliciting public comments.
