Aberration Problems affecting modern techniques of picture processing and transmission

摘要

Problems relating to the development of processing techniques and the transmission of pictures are considered. Several approaches are used: 1. the use of classical techniques with the improvements of the elemental technology, 2. the use of a modern technique with a set of a new problems of aberration, 3. and finally the general problem of picture treatment and processing is considered from a standpoint where the particular interests of various media and institutions are joined.
