Lattice Launches Automotive Temperature Range CPLDs

Lattice Semiconductor says its ispMACH 4000V family now supports the full automotive ambient temperature range of -40 to 125℃. The devices support a wide range of 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.8V I/O standards and now feature 5-volt tolerant I/Os. Lattice says the in-system programmable family is well suited for the full range of automotive applications including in-cabin electronics and telematics (cell phones, navigation, radio, networking and PC) as well as harsher inder-the-hood applications such as engine and powertrain control systems management.
