Optically-Fed Radio Access Point Module for a Fibre-Radio Downlink System

摘要

A compact optically-fed radio access point modue was developed that consists of a uni-traveling-carrier refracting-facet photodiode, a patch antenna, and an optical in- put interface. An output power from the photodiode was 1.4dBm at a frequency of 5.88GHz without any bias voltage.
