Special Section on Advanced Technologies in Digital LSIs and Memories

摘要

System LSIs are becoming indispensable for creating wide variety of information appliances, broadcasting systems, game machines, mobile terminals, automotive devices and so on. In particular digital circuits and memories play important roles in system LSIs. The purpose of this special section is to explore original researches and applications of advanced technologies in digital LSIs and memories. It covers not only design examples of application LSIs and their design methodology but also fundamental technologies for solving various problems caused by process scaling.
