摘要

This paper proposes a novel configuration of an el- evated base station using an adaptive array for TDMA systems, which can simultaneously decrease the CCI (co-channel interference) and form a circular cell. The proposed base station comprises two sets of trans- ceivers and antenna arrays, and an adaptive beam control unit. The transceivers work in different time slots. The circular cell that sup- presses the interference is achieved by integrating the pattern control of the two antenna arrays.
