Robust Capon Beamforming Using Pseudo-Interference Techniques

摘要

This paper presents a new approach for the Capon beam-former to provide robustness against array pointing errors. This robustness is achieved by incorporating an uncertainty constraint with diagonal loading and injected pseudo-interference. A simple performance analysis of this new beamformer is also investigated. Simulation results demonstrate that the power estimator has excellent performance.
