A differential active phase shifter with switched RL/RC circuits is proposed. It employs two transistor pairs witb RL or RC parallel circuits between the emitters. By switching the output from two transistor pairs alternately, phase shift performance can be achieved. Since the differential phase shifter has a balanced configuration, a multi-bit phase shifting becomes available. In this report, the differential phase shifter has been developed with the use of SiGe HBTs for achieving 180, 90, 45, and 22.5 degrees phase shift at 1 GHz-bamd.%差動増幅器で用いられるトランジスタペアのエミッタ間にRL並列回路またはRC並列回路を接続し,それぞれの増幅器をスイッチで切り替えることにより移相差を得る差動移相器を提案する.本差動移相器は平衡入力・平衡出力のため,多ビット化が容易である.本研究は差動移相器の基本動作の確認を主眼とし,1GHz帯で180,90,45,22.5度の差動移相器を設計,試作,評価を行った結果について述べる.
