視覚認知発達検査スクリーニングシステムの実用性の検証

摘要

発達障害の疑いのある児童には，視覚認知に弱さをもつ児童がいる．このような児童に対して，かわばた眼科では，視機能検査と合わせて検査員による視覚認知発達検査が行われている．これまで，この視覚認知発達検査における模写過程をパソコンとアイカメラを用いて計測するシステムを構築してきた．しかし，アイカメラによる計測を行えない児童が複数人現れた．%The system has been constructed in order to practice the screening study of the visual perception skills with PC unit. Past two years of study, 6 to 12 years old children who have weakness in visual perception and university students, as a comparison, were examined by using this system. Furthermore, correct answer rate and reactive time of each exercise were compared. The result shows that there are significant difference in the average of a correct answer rate and reactive time. However, this system was built for 6-12 years old, therefore, certain value cannot be proven as the usability of this screening system. To verify the specific value of this system, in this report, comparative experiment has conducted to 6-12 years old children with weakness in visual perception and same age sample group. As the result, it shows no significant differences in correct answer rate and the reactive time.
