本研究では、近年需要の高まっている準ミリ波帯において小型で高性能なフィルタを実現するため,TE_(102)及びTE_(201)モードを持つデュアルモード共振器に着目し,サイズの小型化と加工性を同時に満たすSIWフィルタの設計を行う.また入出力結合による減衰極を発生させるために,フィルタの構造を二層構造にして入力と出力を同一共振器上に配置し,急峻な減衰特性を実現できる構造を提案した.解析には電磁界シミュレータHFSSを使用し,提案するフィルタの有効性を実証した.%In this paper, a novel quasi-millimeter-wave SIW bandpass filter is designed by using dual-mode SIW cavities. The filter is easy to fabricate because higher order degenerate modes, the TE_(102) and TE_(201) modes, of square SIW cavities are used so that the size of these cavities are relativity large. On the other hand, the area occupied by the filter is reduced by three quarters because the dual-mode cavities are stacked in two years. The input and output lines of the filter are arranged in the same layer so that source-load coupling is introduced which produces transmissions zeros in both the lower and upper stopband of the filter. As a consequence, the proposed filter shows compact size, low-insertion loss, and very sharp passband skirt property.
