Oblivious Symmetric Key Encryption and Its Application to IP-Traceback

In this paper, we consider the oblivious symmetric key encryption protocol and its application to the privacy-preserving IP-traceback. Especially, we show the concrete construction of the oblivious mode of DES (obliv-ious-DES).
