The Effect of Reliability on the Management Index of Telecommunication Service Company

摘要

This paper gives an extended approach of analyzing the effect of reliability on the management index of telecommunication service company. I focus on the case that we have a management index of representing how each company shows successful results, and analyze the effect of reliability on this index. I give a statistic analysis procedure having consistency to the existing study of focusing a management index 'market share' to minimize misleading, and propose to apply this procedure for the cases of other management indices. Small examples of this procedure are demonstrated to how this procedure works well for given data.%本論文は、通信会社の経営指標に対する信頼性の影響を分析する方法を提案する。既に、ーつの経営指標 として、市場シェアに対する信頼性の影響を分析する手順を提案済みであるが、この手順を市場シェアのみならず、 他の様々な経営指標に拡張する。本手順は、経営指標の変動が信頼性の影響であるかどうかを統計的に検定するこ とで、できる限り信用の高い分析を行うことができる。さらに、本手順を実際の経営指標に適用した例として、株 価の変動に着目した分析結果を紹介し、手順の実行可能性と結果の有効性について考察する。
