In this paper, a low power consumption L-band two-stage common source amplifier is proposed and the performances of the amplifier are experimentally confirmed. The input and output ports of the proposed amplifier is matched by using both the lumped and distributed elements. The design frequency is 1.0 GHz. In the measurement, minimum gain of 41.3 dB was obtained in frequency range from 0.83 to 1.03 GHz. Furthermore, the power consumption was only 180 mW.%1GHzを含む比帯域20%において,集中・分布定数回路を複合した低消費電力2段ソース接地増幅器の設計・試作を行った.100此~10GHzにおいて,安定係数(K)がK>1を満たし,入出力(S11,S22)に反射利得を有しない等の試作条件を満たす様に,集中・分布定数整合回路を用いて増幅器の入出力ポートとの整合をとった.設計中心周波数IGHzとし,周波数帯域0.83~1.03GHzにおいて,基底利得41.3dB,消費電力180mWという特性を得た.
