Magnetic Domain Observation of Ferrite Sintered Magnets Using MFM Images Observed from Multiple Distances and Image Processing

We are proposing a method enabling magnetic domain observation in ferrite sintered magnets. This proposed method consists of two major methods: one is the refinement of the MFM image by estimating the MFM image on the sample surface using multiple distance observation; the other describes the domain wall distribution showing magnetic domain boundary using image processing. We are examining a method of calculating the domain width accurately and objectively by utilizing the domain wall distribution.
