Letter to the Editor: Time-Domain Analysis of Half-Wave Zero-Current Switch Quasi-Resonant Converters by Using SPICE

摘要

In this paper, a SPICE compatible time-domain equivalent circuit model of half-wave zero-current-switch (HW-ZCS) s proposed, based up on which half-wave zero-current-switch quasi-resonant con- verters (HW-ZCD-QRC's) can be analyzed by using SPICE. As an example, a buck HW-ZCS-QRS has been analyzed by using SPICE to illustrate the applications of the equivalent circuit model proposed in this paper.
