REVing Up the Energy Vision in New York: Seizing the Opportunity to Create a Cleaner, More Resilient, and Affordable Energy System

In 2013, New York State Embarked on an ambitious reimagining of the state's electric system-a long-term, customer-centric strategy we call REV-Reforming the Energy Vision. For the past two years, we have been crafting the framework and guiding principles behind REV, putting in place the foundation that will help New York State encourage the cleanest, most advanced, and efficient power system design and operation. Now, in 2016, we begin to put into action the elements that will help us fundamentally change the way energy is produced, consumed, and transacted throughout the state.
