We have developed a new millimeter-wave (MMW) imaging system thatnuses an electrooptic (EO) detector. The EO detector functions as anharmonic mixer for the down-conversion of continuous wave (CW) MMWs.nBoth amplitude and phase images were simultaneously obtained with thisnmethod. Sensitivity, spatial resolution, and imaging of several objectsnwere experimentally shown with MMWs of 60-GHz and 100-GHz frequencies
