摘要

A recent paper by Kisi (2009) estimated daily pan evaporation using the application of three different artificial neural networks (ANNs) techniques. The paper made a good effort in presenting the abilities of different neural networks to estimate daily pan evaporation using climate data. However, the accuracy of estimated pan evaporation as presented by Kisi (2009) was unrealistically high.
