Using Underwater Expertise to Contribute to Successful Rehabilitation

During rehabilitation of the 94.6-MW Rapide-des-Quinze project in Quebec, Canada, divers performed extensive underwater work. From pre-rehab inspections to replacement of the embedded parts of the draft tube to rehabilitation of the faces of the powerhouse and spillway, divers overcame many challenges to complete a successful project.
