摘要

The biggest hurdle for Type 2 hydro-power optimization is the speed ofrnsolution. If no Type 1 optimization has been performed, there is an inherent loss in powerhouse efficiency. Without accurate efficiency data, optimal unit selection and load sharing are impossible to determine quickly. Even with some knowledge about the efficiencies of individual units in a hydroelectric powerhouse, optimal load sharing is still in question.
