Accessing Hydro Information in the Electronic Age

Recently, I found myself panicked at a crowded airport when my flight was delayed for several hours. Now, mind you, the problem was NOT the delay. I deal with flight delays as a matter of course! The problem was my lack of access to information. My laptap battery was dead and I couldn't find an open power source to plug in my battery charger. To make matters worse, I was out of the U.S. so the high roaming charges made using my smartphone and tablet for long periods of time cost prohibitive. And, there was no wi-fi connection at the airport.
