The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Office of Energy Projects recently released its new Compliance Handbook. The purpose of this handbook is to present in- formation and instruction on the full range of activities performed by DHAC. The audience for this book includes DHAC staff, other FERC staff, existing licensees/exemp-tees, potential licensees and stakeholders in post-licensing proceedings.
