Consulting engineering firm Coyne et Bellier announced it is changing the company name to Tractebei Engineering to adopt the identity of the engineering unit of the parent GDF Suez Group.rnSuez unit Electrabel became the main shareholder of Coyne et Bellier in 1976.rnThe company did say the commercial name Coyne et Bellier would continue to be used in the field of large infrastructures. Aside from the name change, the company said other identification parameters of the company remained unchanged.
