As regulators work to understand what caused a fatal accident at Russia's largest hydro-power plant, repairs to the plant are underway and partial production has resumed. The long-term plan to restore the plant calls for the installation of ten new hydro units by 2014. JSC Power Machines won a RUR 11.7 billion (US$392 million) contract to supply the equipment.
