The EEOC has released the list of experts who will provide feedback at its upcoming public hearing on proposedamendments to the EEO-1 Report that would nix the Obama-era pay data collection that has been the subject ofso much controversy. The agency is still collecting Component 2 pay data for reporting years 2017 and 2018 atthe direction of the federal court that reinstated the information collection after finding the Trump Administration’sOffice of Management and Budget "illegally" stayed it.
