On July 3, President Trump announced his selection of Keith E. Sonderling, current Deputy Administrator of theDepartment of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD), and Charlotte A. Burrows, current Commissioner, toserve as Members of the Employment Opportunity Commission. Burrows’ term expired July 1, 2019. If confirmedby the Senate, the two nominees would make the Commission one Member stronger, but it would still fall shortof its full five-member complement.
