A recent survey by Robert Half Legal confirms that alternative work arrangements are gaining momentum in thelegal field. Nearly six in 10 lawyers—58 percent—cited flexible scheduling as the top policy to help strengthenwork-life balance. Remote work arrangements ranked second, with 57 percent of the survey respondents.Nearly seven in 10 respondents—68 percent—reported that the number of lawyers at their law firms orcompanies who work remotely has significantly or somewhat increased in the last 12 months.
