Introduction: Klinefelter syndrome (KS) is the most common sex chromosomal disorder observed in azoospermic infertile males. Testicular sperm extraction (TESE) has been considered as a possible option for these patients to father with their own spermatozoa. However, this technique is not commonly proposed in all assisted reproductive centers and to our knowledge, there are no completely validated predictors for successful sperm retrieval. The main objective of our study was to identify these predictive factors in a population of 119 azoopsermic Klinefelter males who underwent TESE.
