Shift in Vertical Stance Parameters in Humans Viewing Different Images

摘要

The type of an image shown to a subject could be an important factor in traditional stabilometric tests or tests with biofeedback that affects the results. This aspect is important for practical areas, including medicine and sports. The results obtained in experiments on nine healthy volunteers show that the stance is more stabilized when viewing clear simple visual images, which is probably related to the basic mechanisms of visual information processing.
