The National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) has formed the NLHA Education Fund to provide scholarships to eligible individuals living in federally assisted low-income rental housing who are following three different roads to higher education. Each is named in memory of a long-time housing advocate. The program is being funded through donations from affordable housing providers, lenders, and brokers. The Neil Churchill Memorial Scholarship Fund will provide assistance to college freshmen or returning undergraduates.
