This final rule amends HUD's regulations for certain of the FHA Single Family Housing, Multifamily Housing, and Health Care Facility Mortgage Insurance Programs. In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule will streamline certain Single Family Housing, and Multifamily Mortgage Insurance Program regulations by eliminating regulatory provisions that are redundant of statutes, are obsolete, or are otherwise unnecessary.
