Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program (38 C.F.R. Part 62)

This part implements the Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program, which provides supportive services grants to eligible entities to facilitate the provision of supportive services to very low-income veteran families who are occupying permanent housing. For purposes of this part and any Notice of Fund Availability issued under this part: Applicant means an eligible entity that submits an application for a supportive services grant announced in a Notice of Fund Availability. Area or community means a political subdivision or contiguous political subdivisions (such as a precinct, ward, borough, city, county, State, Congressional district or tribal reservation) with an identifiable population of very low-income veteran families.
