FORECLOSURE FILINGS IN FIRST SIX MONTHS OF 2017 DOWN 20% YOY

In the first six months of 2017, U.S. properties with foreclosure filings, such as default notices, scheduled auctions or bank repossessions, dropped 20% from the same time period a year ago and down 28% from the same time period two years ago. This is according to the Midyear 2017 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report recently released by ATTOM Data Solutions.
