The Court of Appeals of Wisconsin decided in Riverstone Creek Condominium Owners Association, Inc. v. Hall, (unpublished) 2017 WL 3037546, No. 2016AP1354 (Wis. App. July 18, 2017) that a quorum of owners of condominium units was present to properly enact a monthly property assessment, as the eligible voters for directors under state statute and the condominium declaration included the owners of both built and unbuilt units.
