Leaders Speak Their Minds At Glasgow Futures Forum

The first of what is to become a series of hospitality think-tanks was held here in March and attracted some of the industry's top names, several of who literally flew half-way around the world to take part. The Glasgow Futures Forum took place during the city's twice-yearly ScotHot hotel and catering show. The forum was conceived by MPS Puri, vice president of F&B for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and organized and chaired by Mary Gostelow, a contributing editor to HOTELS. Hilton International hosted most participants and gave a private breakfast.
