The use of glass and steel accents combines with a hot/cool color contrast to create a more residential feel. High-tech fabric wall coverings serve as a soft foil for the rich cabinetry and trim in Pacific Club level rooms and suites (top, r.). It also provides for easy maintenance in this hot, humid climate. very unsold room erodes profitability. Every under-utilized space puts more pressure on the bottom lim.
