A year after Hurricane Wilma ripped through the Gulf coast of Mexico, causing the most damage of any natural disaster ever to hit tourism powerhouse Cancun, the sun is shining brightly again thanks to a bigger and better beachfront and a revamped and expanded supply of hotels. The name of the game here was cooperation, with the public and private sectors working in tandem to bring tourism back to Mexico's most important financial market-responsible for some 65% of the tourism revenue for the entire country.
