As part of its revamped brunch service, Lockwood in Chicago's Palmer House Hilton now offers a Bloody Mary bar priced at US$14, or US$10 with the brunch buffet. Three available mixes include the Lockwood Mary Mix with tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, A-1, Tabasco, black pepper and lemon; the Maria Mix with tomato juice, chipotle peppers, cilantro and lime; and the Mai Mix with tomato juice, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, lime and white pepper.
