Despite 40 years of global experience, Nueser has called the Hotel Nassauer Hof home since 1980, first as managing director and now as a partner, having orchestrated a management buyout with multiple private investors in 2000. Over the past 10 years, Nueser has completely refurbished the hotel, which dates back to 1819. He added a wellness center as well as a thermal bath supplied by the hotel's private underground hot springs, not to mention the only hotel spa to feature beauty brand Estee Lauder.
