On November 11,2013, at the New York Palace, HOTELS formally introduced its 2013 Hotelier of the World award winners: Peter Borer, COO, The Peninsula Hotels, Hong Kong, and Paul Leone, president of The Breakers Palm Beach, Florida. Both of the winners reflected during the awards ceremony about their loyal careers and the important people who helped them along the way. Then friends, families and colleagues further toasted the winners during a lavish cocktail party.
