One day a floor manager focused on routine operations at Soho House London, and the next a design director for the entire London-based Soho House empire: It's clear Vicky Charles had a knack for design since she started her career more than 17 years ago. At the helm of Soho House's design team since 2009, Charles has conceptualized and implemented design concepts at new Soho House properties around the world, in addition to putting her own touches on a number of refurbished properties. With each Soho House boasting its own unique style, Charles has drawn upon inspiration from broad sources, such as a property's geographic location, flea markets, and even eBay.
