Kt Adds Safety Forum To Conference Agenda

In an effort to answer questions regarding the Consumer Product Safety Commission's latest round of rulings-namely the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008-Kids Today is adding a Safety Forum to the agenda of the Kids Today conference, Feb. 24-25 in San Antonio. Kevin Walker, product and sales management for Young America; Jeff Hutsell, owner of Levels of Discovery; and J. Michael Jordan, a partner with Texas-based law firm of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and leader of the firm's product liability group, will discuss the new legislation and its impact on the industry.
