Himatsingka Expands Cotton Tagging

The idea behind the DNA tagging of Supima cotton that created Himatsingka's PimaCott brand is now being extended to other types of American cotton as well as organic cotton grown in Texas. Working with Applied DNA Sciences' (ADNAS) platform for tagging cotton at the gin, Himatsingka's new HomeGrown brand will provide authentication that products are made from U.S.-grown cotton.
